The photos of the items shown on LUMINLIFE are non-contractual and may be modified at any time on simple request from the manufacturer. Likewise, the products available on Luminlife.fr are covered by the legal guarantees of their respective manufacturers.
The customer is also solely responsible for the use of the products, which do not come with any guarantee.
Article 4 - Product availability
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible and orderable on the site. Product offers are valid while stocks last.
Article 5 - Price
The prices of our products are indicated in euros. The price of each product selected by you is indicated in Euros and is inclusive of VAT (All Taxes), increased by the VAT rate.
The amount of shipping costs is displayed by default for a delivery in France, and is refined according to the amount of the order and when you have indicated your delivery address (France, Europe, World). Article 6 - Orders

Article 8 - Force majeure
Luminlife cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded, due to the occurrence of an event of force majeure (climatic event, fire, etc.)
Article 9 - Shipping
The items are shipped upon receipt of payment:
- immediate collection for CB and Paypal payments

Article 10 - Delivery and receipt of goods

In France, the indicative delivery times are 48h - 72h. In Europe, the indicative delivery times are 4 to 8 days. For worldwide shipments, the indicative delivery times are 1 to 2 weeks.
We offer you preferential delivery rates, which you can also consult in the “Shipping and Delivery” chapter. For your satisfaction, we will accept returns of damaged items only if you make the finding with the delivery services upon receipt.
